At my store, it seems like there are 4-5 days a week that we aren't making sales, and usually by $1,000 or so. I'm extremely worried about our store and wondering if our sales goals are too high or if modernization is driving away guests.
We’ve had lots of visits in the last two months that we aren’t making sales lol. Feels almost weekly. I’m hoping things get better once we start rolling out some of these new roles in June.
We’ve been short staff honestly too so I can’t blame anything on a new process.
We’ve literally lost like people in every department (quit and fired). Grocery, beauty electronics style and GM. I know they just hired new grocery TMs recently but we all are trying to do 1000 things with our low numbers
Seems like we were for a while but since I only work 3 days a week, I’m never there when it happens and people discuss it way later after the fact. So, 🤷🏽♀️.
