After being with Target for almost 10 years, I finally quit. I originally was going to stick it out till this summer when I'd have 10 years in and be over 55, but I just couldn't do it. My etl is beyond words!! Between that and never over 20ish hours for the last few months I found another job. Monday - Friday. Eight hours a day. Some Saturdays if needed (overtime)! Target will be loosing more good employees too. When I stop by to do some shopping, my former team members are also looking to get out.
