Coupon policy on Target.com still reads "Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied."

I can tell you that the GSTLs/GSAs at our store still go by this, regardless of whether it is no longer best practice.

Hmmmmmmmm. I dont like that part......... But I am ok with the part that says "we have the right to limit coupon use"

I also do this because of the part of the coupon policy you mentioned. If it's a 3.99 item and a $4 coupon, I probably wouldn't change it. But anything more, I usually do.
