-Don't forget the plastic strips that went into the shelf lip to "try" and keep the labels in there, but those strip were always MIA. Of course we would use adhesive labels too...and then you had to scrap the adhesive residue off when you set the next pog. I literally nearly cried when I saw label strips and 4' label holders. NO MORE MEASURING LABELS!!!!
oh wow I forgot about those. They were bad. Pogs have really come along way. And still some people struggle.

raises hand. Yes the good old days when I made 4.70 an hour and I thought it was a lot. And even the bad employees got a 75cent raise. Good ones got 85, great got 95 or 1.00 ....ahh the good old days....

Holy crap!

I seem to remember a flow team position (or at least a task) where the only job is to prepare clothes, attach price tags to clothes and fold towels for the sales floor.

Or how about the crt cashier text dos terminals or the POS system where you have to wait for a cashier to press a button to continue payment. One time, when I was paying for something with a card, the cashier forgot to press the button and was telling me it was my job for the next move. It was resolved when the cashier sup came by and pressed the button on her terminal.
