Curious if this is happening in other stores. Our store has had numerous programs rolled out this year that have not been rolled out by corporate. When we ask to read the "best practices" on them we are told that its some pet project by the never ending "rising stars" in our district. The programs never have any function other than to allow their creators to send each other emails about how great their programs are working. But recently we have been seeing our ETLs carrying around a copy of "Strength Finder 2.0" a business self help book that reads like your horoscope. Now programs are being rolled out based on its teachings. Is this just my district or are other stores being run like this?
