I just found out today that I’ll be moving in 11 days; completely unexpectedly. Is it possible to transfer in such short notice? Who do I talk to if it is possible? Or should I just quit and hope to get hired at the new location? Also, if I am quitting who do I talk to? This is my first job.

How long have you been working at your store? Under or over 90 days?
talk to HR about transferring ASAP , it should be done with relative ease, given stores have a high hiring need, and they won’t need to put you through orientation etc.
It costs the store $2500 dollars on average to get a new hire onboard.
You would be a welcome sight.

Even under your 90 days, I'd still talk to your HR person pronto. The store you transfer to would have to do less training, even if you are pretty new. If your HR person isn't there during your next shift, talk to the ETL on duty. You really don't have the time to wait.
Depending on what openings they have at the new store, you might be able to just slide right in. Or you might get hired into a different work center.
