My ETL is the type that brings her problems to work. If she's having a bad day, it shows in her actions and how she converses with us.

Just venting, that's all.

When my exec is on her 6th day straight, it shows. Sometimes I'd just wish she'd lock herself in her office until it's time to go.

Geez, all I hear from my ETLs is all the fun stuff they do on their days off - weekend trips to the coast, sports events, paintball parties, concerts, etc.
