The thing is at my store, our "Instocks Team" has 3 team members who are at a "needs attention", so what does our store do? Give them an extra dollar more by moving them to overnight remodel for 3 months. Our ETL-LOG just got fired a week ago. I maybe see why they want me to go to instocks to help fix the problems, however I am going to be losing money and hours if I accept this. I am currently in college, with a year left for my bachelors, I need every penny earned at Spot to pay for my books and tuition and to live in general. I kinda feel insulted by this offer but they are trying to spin it off as a "promotion" when in fact I would be losing my cushy dayside hours (36) and extra logistics pay.
