Need TL advice

Hi everyone! I just became a team lead; I didn't get any training because of holidays so I have basically been thrown in to figure everything out on my own. I used to work Fulfillment like years ago and haven't been doing fulfillment for a while now since I was overnight for years. Now that I am a new team lead. I have a few questions on how to connect your RFID gun. Is it through TEP Agent? and what are the close out times for packing? Like does everything have to be picked by 4 pm? and if I am a closing team lead when does everything have to be closed out for packing? I haven't had much fulfillment TL training as I been doing more GM TL stuff. Any advice and tips I'd appreciate 🙂

Welcome! You should be getting 2 weeks of training as a tl. Ask your etl for info.

As everyone has shared, get that NECESSARY training in order for you to do your job properly. If you have to go to your STL or ETL HR, DO THAT SHIT 💩. That way, when they start going to metrics about the business, you have something that you can speak 🗣️ to. Right now, the only thing that you can give your “superiors is “the Kayne” shrug 🤷🏾‍♂️.
