Hello, everyone!!
I'm new, not only to TBR, but Target as well. The first time I stepped foot in a Target was the day of orientation on 5 months ago. I started in Front of Store and to my great surprise was recently promoted to Inbound TL, right in time for my first ever Q4!! 😬 I barely managed to survive but my SD was very pleased with my performance, even given our understaffed team with no seasonal workers added neither. It was a great learning experience. I have a great ETL and she helped me tremendously.

I hope to learn from chats with other Inbound TL's concerning efficiency, logistics, pushing, and much more. So, if you are one with words of wisdom and advice please feel free to share. I know I have much to more to learn. I have a great desire to make my team a great one and ways to improve myself and them.

I hope to make some wonderful connections here not only with Inbound but people from other areas in order to see the "bigger picture" of Target.

Peace out.

I'm intrigued that you had not visited or shopped at a Target store before accepting employment. There's nothing wrong with this, it's just not terribly commonplace as Target is among the largest retail store chains in the country. Most Americans have likely visited a Target at least once in their lifetime. Did you recently relocate from a rural or small-town area which lacked any Target stores locally?

I hope you thoroughly enjoy working at Target!

Only retail store I've had this scenario was Menard's. Never stepped foot in one till my interview

Welcome! Inbound is no easy feat so I commend you for taking the role on. I envy how you had not stepped foot in a Target once before being hired! I've been going to Target since I was 3 years old LOL
