On my last thread which didn't really get resolved after only one reply and thirty five minutes in, was deemed "not open for further replies". What's the deal with that ?

The answer to your question was the only logical one considering the circumstances.
We can't solve many of the problems folks come here with.
Sometimes the only answer is call the store.
