8 now. Before it was service desk and electronics tag teaming the phones.

Sometimes my store has the operator come in at 9. Those days they grab someone else in softlines to answer the phone for an hour.

Wild everyday at 7. They took our cordless phone . So now only phone at desk .

Doesn't make much sense considering the focus on guest service. Has anyone asked HR to requisition a new one?

Yeah and they said they want operator at the desk. But on truck days they having me on floor putting new clothes out !

Lmao we always start at 7. And our phone is ancient and has always been a cord phone on the desk.

Our operator starts at 7 and goes til 3 or 3:30, and closer is usually 4-9:45 as it's usually a minor. Between 3:30-4 and 9:45-10 phone is just passed off to a softlines TM. Usually scheduled the same one electronics but a Hardlines TM will cover the small gaps.
