It used to be available on Workbench, and at one time it was posted somewhere here. I'm looking for it, but haven't found it yet. Pay grades are static throughout all stores, although actual wages are not (ie, a N03 is not always $8).

It's from 2009 (i.e. "Pre-Fresh" and before specialists were axed), but many of the positions' paygrades have not changed.
