Archived Pay raise?

Hello I am a cart attendant and cashier and have been covering breaks and lunches for food ave for some time now, they are starting to schedule me to train for actual shifts soon, does that mean I get the pay increase? Or do I have to do food ave more than half the time to get the pay increase?

Yes, you have to work in an area 50% or more of the time to get the raise for that dept.

If they don't schedule you there more than 50% of the time and give you the pay raise by about a month, let them know you're no longer interested in that area.
