Was chatting with a coworker yesterday and it came up that she got a 25 cent raise(we are both flow team). I asked what the reason was, and she was told it was "to stay competitive" and only for new team members. This honestly surprised me, pissed me off for a minute, because I've only been there about a month longer(since June) and my track record is honestly a lot nicer than hers(way less call outs, only been late once, etc), with all due respect.
