Archived Paycheck deductions for insurance

I will be signing up for the dental plan this coming open enrollment period and I'm wondering what happens when I don't receive a paycheck. Say I'm gone for two or four weeks on unpaid vacation and don't receive a paycheck(s), do they double/triple down on the deduction on my next paycheck?

From previous employers, They take the deductions out on the next paycheck otherwise you have to pay out of pocket.
