The PAs at my store are scheduled outside pfresh once a week. It was explained to me (off the record) that it is an anti union measure. Allegedly if we only worked in pfresh, we could form a union? I am not interested in unionizing, but being told I can't have it just makes me that much more curious.

So why PAs? I don't see the signing specialist getting shifts on the sales floor every week.

Anyone else have similar experiences/explanations?

Because market doesnt get allocated enough hours to give me close to 40. I do my normal pfresh shifts and am on the C+S truck push team as well on fridays. If I didnt do C+S id prob have 30 hours a week, maybe less. Sometimes Ill fill in for backroom, sometimes salesfloor but not in a while. Im actually doing salesfloor close for black friday.
