Yes because the first day..NO one knew to flip the flip the picture not even the team member. ..when I went to post mine on Target FB there was some one trying to explain to everybody how to do it so I guess thats when they sent us that new sign. Funny thing is the photo booth team member at my store says most people want to pose normally and dont even want to raise their hands and flip the picture.

which is why the idea was dumb.

It's not dumb.

It's the team members who can't figure out the most obvious thing in the world that are dumb.

Guests are the ones who need the simple and clear directions. They need actual pictures with real people in them to show how it will actually turn out. The new sign just has
silhouetts of people that blend in with the background. They should have told stores to take a few pictures of TMs in the booth and then post those on the sign. It would give people a better idea of what it was for and how to do it.
