This is kind of a fun thread and should probably be in Chatter but since most of the posts are going to be about Spot I'm going to put it here for now.

We have all seen some brilliant, funny posts on the site over the years and it seems like we can do better than just hit the like button.

So if you see one that really knocks your socks off post it here and at the end of the year we can vote for the best one.

I'll start with one that was nominated by @balthrop and was the impetus for this thread.

For us it was CAR: Communication, Accountability, and Recognition. A few years ago we started having everyone at huddles give mandatory recognition of someone else. Yes, mandatory. So, we finally got rid of the recognition component and are down to communication and accountability. They said a couple of years ago they were going to double their efforts in these areas: communication and accountability, communication and accountability. I just use the acronym CACA.
