Archived Quick question... Can a spouse use the TM discount without the actual TM present?

Or should I turn them away until the actual TM shows up. I can't seem to get a consensus in store, with some people allowing it and others not.
 
They need a dependent discount card and not the employee's own discount card I think?

Correct. A spouse should be eligible for a dependent discount card, which said TM can request through eHR I believe. Same goes for any other dependents of that TM.

They should not be using the TM's issued employee discount card.

Yup they get their own. Not that most people notice anyway. Every year my seasonal cashiers think we either have uniformed security (that they've never seen) or that hubby works for the other local store.
 
They absolutely should be using the dependent discount card. It will even say dependent on the card itself along with the TM#.
