My cashier gf put in her two weeks and wants to give some shifts away. She was told by another tm that she's not rehireable if she doesn't work every shift herself. He's on his last week at Target and said he just asked about it himself and he's going to work the shifts. I thought this sounded like bullshig myself.

To my knowledge, as long as you work the shifts or get them covered via swap, you should be ok. If you call in or NCNS, then you'd be non-rehireable.
