Are you talking about the Prepaid Redcards? I didn't even think they were any left. I did encounter one the other day and I was so confused as to how to do it.

They could be talking about the black gift card. Target prepaid red cards are no longer at my store.

If by some chance you do still have these, the button is K5 functions -> K8 card reload. I believe it only takes cash now though.
