covering receiving for a week or two. I have pretty much figured out our receivers system of filing invoices,bols,etc. I just need to know what needs to be sent out in mail in red folders, I know we are required to send out our Alcohol invoices. Do I need to send out any BOLs or other invoices?

Only send in Beer and Wine invoices. Make a copy for your records. We send them in now once a week with Monday's mail. Write "Account ACC0209" Thanks for willing to cover Receiving. Its just a matter of getting a routine down.
