We continue to have issues with our kiosks printing out registries.
Guests will try to print a registry, but the registry often prints out as the registry like they'd get at home. Lists of the items, but no store locations and no registry number to scan. However, sometimes the registry prints out properly....w/ store locations and registry number.
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to this.....anyone else have this problem?
BTW, with our store fresh update we can't see the kiosks from the front lanes so we often don't know about the issue until the guest comes to check out.....and then they are frustrated because there was no store locations for the items...and no registry number to scan. So we'll go to the kiosk and hope that when we try to print a new copy of the registry that the correct one comes out. Sometimes it doesn't.....and then the guest is really unhappy!
