I expect the usual "you need to smile more" speech and "you need to work on leaving things at home" crap. Sorry my grandfather's death was an inconvience to you smh. Though my usual raises have been between 24 and 72 cents so I am expecting a dime or less tbh. My etls liked me back then lol.

Review are tied to sales. The more your store makes, the more good reviews they can give. Last year, I had to give multiple people the lowest score, but because we killed sales this year I only had one.
