My instock teams is completing all the rig's but my performance is reporting saying 96% complete each week. Anyone know out have any tips to increase this?

You have to make sure they are complete. If you use the Type sort instead of Path, the list will jump to the next closest Task (be it a RIG or an aisle to be researched). So, if you are in Type sort, every time you complete a RIG, scroll up to the top of the list to see the next RIG. When your team says the RIGS are done, go into the list and make sure. I always had to do this with a TM on Instocks and most of the time he would have missed 2 or 3 RIGS. Could never get him to understand what he had to do.

Also when skipping have a decent reason. Most of ours are in soft lines, they refuse to label tables and their zone is like the anti zone.. after 10min of looking we skip it.

That is the kind of thing that will keep you from a %100 completion.

Also, if you are sent to a RIG that was part of an old POG that was never broken (usually end caps): First change the capacity to zero, then enter in zero for the quantity. Next, break the tie of the old POG from that location. You will now get credit for completing the RIG and will need to leave it un-completed or skip it.

Two warnings:

If you break the old POG's tie first, you will not be able to enter in a quantity for the RIG.

The TM scanning has to be certain it is an old POG, and know how to break ties. If they don't, better for them to call over someone who does know how.

Also, if Plano made a revision or tied a new POG where the RIG is/was, you won't be able to complete the RIG. This only becomes a real problem if the revision/new POG is for all the checklanes. Since most RIGs occur up there on Mondays, we've just told the Plano team not to tie the checklanes on Monday morning. But, this only happens about 2 times a year.

We never skip rigs. If too many to count and its full, we just key in the capacity so it won't pull more. If it's 2 less than full, we key in 2 less than capacity.

If we can't find the item we won't just key it. We have to lay eyes on it. And the fact they are always softlines tables points to softlines not us..

We've had 100% for two months now. We have actually skipped one rig two weeks in a row, but still got a 100 percent. We had to skip one when the electronics tm did revisions a day or two early and for some reason the location will still be on the rigs list. In that case you have to take a hit and hope for the best. Softlines we never have a problem finding locations. If the product isn't there it's getting zeroed. We almost always scan the product and not the label, if no product then label. There has also been countless times where we find out a sidecap was supposed to be built that was tied and never set. Our research percentage is terrible because we skip it and then research certain sections after. Every once and a while we actually do research inside the list. T
