Honestly, it sucks. It's no fun bending over and taking it from guests but lately I've found that the less fuss I give when it comes to making it right for them, the less stressed out I feel at the end of the day.

Our registers have been shutting down if we do suspends lately. I think it has something to do with an update they did lately, which is making me laugh a little bit about invaderjosie's comment about suspending the order for the problem guest.

I think I am going to do that all the time now when the guest is being a pest in hopes that the register will freeze and the whole order will have to be redone.
