I've been working at Target for 3 weeks now, and they were aware when I interviewed and was hired that I couldn't work past 4:30pm on Saturdays, but I just took a look at my schedule and realized they have me scheduled tomorrow (Saturday) from 5pm-closing. Do I talk to HR about this? Would they just switch my hours or something? I don't want to make them mad or anything, but I just can't work those hours.

Was your availability properly set as Unavailable for that time? Check on that so you don't have this same conversation later down the road. If it was, stress to HR and the LOD that you were scheduled outside of your set availability and that you absolutely cannot work at that time. That way more of the burden to find coverage falls on them. Finally, mistakes with scheduling outside availability happen so it's a good idea to check the schedule the first chance you get after it is printed and to recheck often in case they make a change.
