Archived Schedule mishap

Got my orientation and training schedule this past week which had 2 weeks of days scheduled. When they hired me they asked me about days off and I said 12/11 & 12/12 for a wedding. This training schedule reflected the days off and they approved them on that sheet. Fast forward to today when they release the week of 12/11 out I’m schedueled to work those days I was approved to have off? ‍♀️
I left a note with Hr today but for real which one do I go with?

Follow up with HR to make sure that you get your schedule fixed. Your paper training schedule plus what you signed during your interviews regarding upcoming vacation are proof that you were approved to get those days off.

This time of year it happens a lot.

I have given blank training schedules to ETLs with availability at the top of the page and they end up ignoring days I mark unavailable.

The fact you're bringing it up well in advance will help.

A bit of a peeve is mine is when they start with "tomorrow I was scheduled on a day I requested off"

"Um the schedule has been out how long?"
