Archived Senior team lead

I been with the company over 3 yrs . Maybe looking to move up . What pay for senior team lead. Can you have associate degree and be senior lead ?

The only STL we have worked her way up from TM to TL to STL. She got a $3 pay bump.

You don’t need a degree for anything under STL. It’s recommended for ETL but definitely not necessary for senior TL. TL base is 16 and I think senior base is 18-19 but it’s easier to get raises and make more. We have one senior that makes the average 19-20 and one that makes like 25.

You don't need a degree for STL. It's all but necessary for external hires, but you can get promoted internally to STL without a degree.

To answer OP's question, anywhere from 17 to 20. It depends on your district.
