Archived Shift Confusion

So I was scheduled to come in for a shift that is against my availability. I let my TL know and we set up another time for me to come in when i am available. However, mySchedule still has the initial shift scheduled for me and the new shift we agreed upon has yet to show up. I asked my TL about it to confirm and he said it should be fine, but he seemed to be in a rush at the time so I don't know if he actually heard me correctly.

Does that mean I am still expected to come in? Or is it because the schedule hasn't been updated?

I'm not really sure what to do in this situation.
Any help is appreciated.
 
Call your store they should be able to change it for you. How soon is the shift?
