What is shift differential? Looking at my time card on Kronos, it says I have 2:52 hours of shift differential. After being stuck at the front end due to broken feet, I am back to my regular role as Closing Expert, and there were a few days this week we clocked out after midnight, but before 1am. I’m trying to figure out the math on those hours. If I only count the after midnight minutes, they don’t add up to that amount. But if I count them from 11-clock out, that’s too many hours (11pm being the time I was scheduled to.)
