All stores have that punch bar. I'm surprised it's not an official Target sanctioned/provided tool!

I guess that would just make too much sense.

We have one. I always assumed it was standard issue equipment

Well my store uses a crowbar

The space we have to punch through is about a 1" slot. Perhaps your compactor is different or crowbars are way slimmer 'round your parts.
