What pog? Shoes don’t have pogs anymore is all vmg. Your sales door should reflect the Backroom

Not exactly. Endcaps and backwall are VMG/POG. inline are POGs only that need to be tied according to the map, then following shoe merchandising best practice for shoe placement. Your probably thinking POGs with strips and specific locations, that's not what OP meant by POG.
