Should I be worried?

So the new schedule came up and I'm...not even on it. I was asked if I was on leave or anything recently (as this also happened to someone who had been on medical leave), but nope--I wasn't.

Like my name isn't even present on the paper schedule on the wall with all days marked "available." It's just gone. I spoke to an ETL who seemed confused, but the HR person isn't in for several days. Thoughts?

I agree. They should have sucked it up and gave you something. It's not your fault they messed up. I know, at my store at least, we always have enough leave earlies to support someone's schedule for a week.

Just ignorant ETL or HR writing the schedule. They probably were bullshitting around too much to remember you're part of the team too. Dipshits lol

If the ETL is confused by it, you’re fine. Use Kronos to pick up shifts for now.
