Can I fill out a sick form on my own time? In my store I have to go to HR for a sick form, it’s not on MyTime. I called out tonight and was gonna go in and fill out a sick form tomorrow but Someone told me it could only be done the next shift I have, but I don’t work until Tuesday and payroll goes out Monday. Am I allowed to do it off duty?

Of course. Things pertaining to scheduling can be done off the clock. That's why your store is allowed to call you to come in and you can't do a punch correction.

However if a leader calls or text you about work, you can do a punch correction.

Okay, thank you, yeah I figured I could but this particular person that told me I couldn’t, has been there for like 5 years so that’s why I wasn’t sure.
