Sick Pay

  1. At the store, we were only allowed to use 3 days a year. I've used 44 hours so far at the distribution center, and they haven't said anything. Does anybody know if there's an annual usage limit for DC's? Thank you.
  2. I'm honestly not sure. I've always just used a PAR form to back-filled with vac/ph.

  3. It's pretty much GL discretion. I've heard of people getting corrective action with 50 hours and some being well over 120 with nothing being done. As long as they're not a no-call no-show you'll be fine.
