Do you guys know if there is a signing bonus when applicants get made an offer for an ETL position? Also what's the starting salary for an ETL?

I have not heard of signing bonus. Depending on the metro area, 45k & up.

I do know if an stl pushes someone up for a promotion to etl and they succeed the stl gets a bonus.

In addition if any target employee recommends an external for an etl position and they are hired that tm gets a 500.00 gift card.

There is no signing bonus, but you will get your yearly bonus next year in addition to your raise; however, this will be prorated based on your start date, and the amount all depends on your review score.

Starting depends. I've heard of it going as low as $38K, but you would get more with experience.

Yes. There is a $30,000 signing bonus for all ETLs because Target is desperate to fill those positions since they currently don’t have enough Theater Management graduates to fill them.

No there is not lol. But there is a 6 month goal/metric/check-in merit increase, which is kinda like a signing bonus.
