I think that's a good title for an intro thread. But seriously, I've been a TM with the big red dog for a couple years now. And truth be told, there's a lot I genuinely enjoy about it. I work in the back room, so it keeps me busy. We've had crazy amounts of turnover in the past year, including team leadership, so I've been handed the reigns to a lot of stuff, as well.
At the same time, management has made it obvious they don't have any plans to interview me for a leader role. In fact I've had a couple ETL's tell me just that.
So, yeah, there's a bit of a chip on my shoulder.
Maybe I need to transfer. :/
Now I need to get my mind off work for a bit before I go bonkers.
