I feel like an idiot but....

what is a "brand TM?"

It's a regular sales floor TM who typically oversees a specific area of the sales floor. Shoes, ready to wear, cosmetics, etc. They are responsible for making sure the area looks "brand" and up to standard.

It's a 25 cent raise. That's the only tangible benefit. In some stores it's the step right before the bench but at mine I notice some ETLS just give it to their personal favorites.

I honestly don't work that hard I just strive to out perform myself the day before. I will say the one thing that gets under my skin is when I'm the only person in hardlines also cover pfresh because they called out and covering electronics because our softlines ladies know absolutely nothing about electronics nor will they help clear call buttons. In good news I've lost 5lbs in the past month

It's the same bullshit in my store. I'm hardlines currently (hopefully electronics or PA once hours pick up), and I'm the go-to TM when it comes to covering breaks and lunches. I've covered just about everything, softlines, electronics, market, and PA. But nobody else is willing to cover those which gets in the way of my breaks and lunches aswell.
