its a scary time to be a leader at target. i can't help but feel like my job is constantly in jeopardy even though i work my ass off, just because i know all the things that are going on with target. and your task like keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger and impossible to finish just because you don't have the team on the sales floor.
that's crazy! we were promised no less than 40. once in a awhile our hr will ask if we want a fri or mon off if payroll is tight. otherwise we always get 40.
