So I’ve met with my store director about possibly being promoted to SETL since we only have one... right now and she talked to me about my strengths and weakness... and how I need to improve and talk to my other TLfor advice do you guys that are team leads how did you get there and what store did you take?

How is the need for a 2nd SETL determined?

Is it determined by the number of individual bodies on the payroll or based on employees scheduled hours?

If you count bodies it sounds like a large group of individuals to manage. If you go by hours worked there are very few employees at the front of the store between August and January.

It’s based off how many million in sales the store does.
