Archived Team Lead Ready?

I was recently told that I was to be made TL ready after the 4th quarter..

No elaboration or anything, just that was all.

What does this even mean? (I'm a PA in Market).

Way to go! I'd imagine you're going to have another TL or ETL start mentoring you, and you guys will start going over your wins and ops, interview prep, and so on. Do you know if a TL position has opened up recently at your store?

I don't believe so, CTL may, but both of us PA's are being made TL ready (my counterpart) deserves it more, I'm big into seniority.
