I have no idea what I'll be doing today. I'm guessing crowd control, but I don't super duper know what that means. I've never started a BF shift this early, I've lucked out and gotten there during a lul in previous years.

Crowd control is primarily sending out TM's to the sales floor and ensuring people are not trampling over each other.

I am stuffed from Thanksgiving lunch, wondering how the heck I am going to stay awake until 2:30AM. My shift in SCO starts at 5:45PM and this is my first experience for such an event. Wish me luck 😀 Happy Thanksgiving to all.
