Ours was on 4 z-racks, but they weren't all packed. She has most of it on double hung convertibles, and I think it's 8 racks merchandised.

We had at least 3 z-racks worth of clothing, but it was actually spaced out and organized properly instead of crammed together with stuff falling off if you stare in its general direction.

This thought reminded me of the Neiman Marcus set. They thought it was going to be so big and for starters put it all by the fitting room so we can keep an eye on it. The oh crap it's not selling let's put it at the beginning of RTW. It's still not selling lets put the non-clothing items in areas that sell similar items. Yikes it's almost Christmas let's move it ONE more time. On a different note this will be the first collection in years that I haven't set. My store had a VML transfer in before Christmas and she does all of the adjacencies and will be setting VB tomorrow.

I take a different approach to these LTO collections- I volunteer to come in and get it set up. I like watching the chaos.

I don't think so. Ever since we started End to End they forced SL to do sorting in receiving once truck is off loaded. Its insane. I do A block and pets so I dont see the boxes any more. However, I believe we got 2.

I remember Lilly. All night signing to put up the signs ( and it was sold out in like 10 minutes or so. OK take the signs down.

We had people waiting. People are still shopping it too. At a guess, I would say it's maybe 1/3 gone. I think it will keep selling throughout that day based on the fact that there has been a steady stream of shoppers.
