i worked for 2 stores as flow team member between 2013-2016 in 2 different states and was fired from the second store for job abandonment. i am now thinking to apply for the inbound position in a different city (i moved)

- how is inbound different than flow ?
- do you think they would know i was fired ?
- what are the average weekly /daily hours for inbound ? i am looking for part time hours .18-25 /weekly i used to average 32 /week
- how many truck days?4?5?6?
- what are the inbound/stocking hours? still 4/5 am- ?
- do they offer health insurance for part time employees? i am asking because i don't want to be offered health insurance because i would lose my current one
- do they still pay night differential ?

They would likely know you were fired. That said, I was fired in 2016 (for the same reason you were), and recently was rehired, at the same store I previously worked at nonetheless, so them knowing does not necessarily preclude them from rehiring you.

Health insurance is not offered to part-time employees.

There is still a $1 differential for overnight shifts at my store, whether that is the case in all stores or not though I am unsure.
