Archived TL from Hell

wont' go into any detail although there are two TL in my section.. one is heavenly and work just flows as we all work and the other is a nightmare.. screaming.. constantly checking our week.. and also telling us you have 30 min to do a section while the TL goes to lunch.. when returns.. criticizes our work...then of course there is the favoritism..
any suggestions on handling this tyrant other than turning in my 2 week notice...

ironic it's a softlines TL... and it feels like I'm in Marine basic training...ive described this to friends and they have witnessed this while shopping at this store..
