Depends on your performance and bonuses are different per store. No one here can answer that.
@Ashfromoldsite how does that work if you transfered stores right before 4th quarter same team lead position? Is your performance based on this store or the last?
It'll just be your new store most likely chances are they aren't gonna bother talking to your old store. It is also a great reason to not give you the best review and get the same average review most people get. Provided that is how the reviews are again for leads this year.
TL bonuses go like this:
$250 minimum.
$500 if your store meets sales goal or payroll.
$1000 if your store meets sales goal and payroll.
$1500 if your store meets sales goal by 5% and meets payroll.
There is no bonus for underspending extra payroll, so the goal is to spend all of the hours given, but not more than that. It's also worth noting that the sales portion of this is referring specifically to goal, not comp or forecast.

Not much of a bonus especially since it is a dollar amount not a percentage of your hourly rate.

I saw on another forum that VMs do not get TL bonuses. Is this still accurate?
