I'm a tps. I have an ETL-AP.
He just gave me this GAPS thing to fill out.
It reads as some sort of advancement attempt thing 'to get on the bench.'
This would have been epic about a year ago, when I was a PT Electronics TM getting 12-24 hours a week.
Now i'm getting a guaranteed 40 in a position where I have a lot to contribute and learn.
What am I to make of this? Do I fill it out as some sort of 'advance me further in the AP workcenter' thing? Or is this one of those 'would you rather be elsewhere' kind of things?
