Archived Transfer workcenters

I know you can talk to the TL or ETL of the department that you want to transfer to but I was wondering what factors into getting cross trained or moving workcenters? Do they speak to your current leadership about you and ask about attendance, work ethic or anything?

Just curious as to how this process works.

Good question. I've been crosstrained all over the store and I'm not sure how it happened. I rarely am in my actual work center anymore but I'm not keyed any differently...which is both good and bad, I suppose.
